• To view or order the products simply click on the ‘Shop Now’ button.

• Click on the item you want to view or buy to see a full description and the price.

• If this is the item you would like to order then select and add the quantity you would like to order.

• Click ‘Add to Cart’.

• Once you have finished shopping click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ or if you want to look at other items click Continue Shopping.

• Remember, if you change any details in your Cart click on ‘Update Shopping Cart’ to ensure your changes are registered.

• Please ensure that you enter your full delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed orders where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been given. Please note that all information shown, including despatch/delivery times, is subject to stock availability at time of placing your order. To pay for your order you will be directed to our secure server where you will be able to complete the Payment Process.

• If you are paying by credit/debit card you will be asked to complete your card details and your order will be completed in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay by credit or debit card securely online.

Q:  How will my order be delivered and how long will it take to receive?
A: Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days to the address you have specified if the item you have selected is in stock. Delivery can take up to 5 working days from dispatch (subject to stock).

Q: What happens if no one is in when the courier delivers my order
A:  The courier will leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery. This card will advise you of what is happening with your package. Please note if no one is in when the deliveries are attempted, and you also do not retrieve your package from the depot within the time specified by the courier, your order will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a second delivery charge. This does not apply to small orders of pens and pencils which will be dispatched via 1st Class post only.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: If you have received a damaged item please contact Katie.Marshall@btcgroup.co.uk or Charlene.Allvey@btcgoup.co.uk immediately.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: Due to the volume of orders and potential payment card related liability issues we are unable to process phone orders.

Q: Can I have delivery made to a PO Box/BFPO?
